UPS/FedEx FTL?!?!

I bought a 15" AA Atlas off of lax916 just about three weeks ago. I still haven't received it......//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

From what I've read, he's a good buyer/seller, so I'm hoping it's just UPS or FedEx that effed up. I talked to him on monday, and he said he called the place and they told him it would be delievered the next day. If it is UPS/FedEx's fault, is there anything I can do to speed the process or something? Would I be able to get them to give me free shipping or something?

Sorry, this is just a rant thread.

Regardless of the circumstances, UPS or FedEx would not take three weeks to deliver a package.

If I was the seller, and shipped it three weeks ago, I would have filed a claim two weeks ago...

If he did in fact ship it, and has a tracking number, there is no reason for him to call the company and ask where it is. He should be able to look that up for himself, that is if he shipped it.

Sounds like you are getting scammed man, he is still active on the forum so there might still be hope.

And what kind of seller does not provide shipping information immediately? For God sakes, he can't even tell you what company he used...
