My brother did buy some golf clubs on eBay and FedEx lost them. Seller was from Tennesse or something and we are in Minnesota. Took Them a month to figure out they were sitting at FedEx in Utah. Yes he did file a claim after 2 weeks etc. Needless to say if FedEx lost it, it will take forever to find it.

whats the point of a tracking number if it is delivered? thats why you get a tracking number..to TRACK IT..it tells you where it is in route to you

if you payed through paypal, file a investigation... you'll most likely get your money back from paypal... but it might take a few weeks

if you did this through money order, theres not much hope of getting anything back

Id have to double check but I'm pretty sure that this atlas was my old sub. Still have the other downstair running off a 250w PE amp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. If that is indeed him...I would recommend him. Not sure what is goin on.

File a claim with PayPal immediately. His lack of communication on the issue is reason enough to file a claim. Maybe he is just being lazy and giving you the run-around, so hopefully a PayPal dispute will smack him in the head and get his attention for you.
