Wow now that we've seen your stuff krunchy, we know that anything you say is accurate. Matter of fact...I'm pretty sure all the hifonics amps out there just started putting out nothing but dc current. Please...its like some guy buying a lamborghini and then saying everything else sucks...go **** your thousands of dollars of 'high end' audio equipment at night while the rest of us sound almost as good off of under a grand worth..

I don't see why people rag on hifonics. i used to have a hifonics xx colossus and although it was rather big, it did it's job and more. underrated amp that never gave me issues, just insane power, what i wanted. i guess some people just like spending rediculous amounts of cash on audio equipment where you can find the same if not better quality on lower priced equipment. i remember reading an article about audiophiles who were given two systems to listen to (home theater that is), one system had rediculously expensive wiring, the other system was rigged with coathangers.... yeah coathangers, guess which system was voted better by the "audiophiles".. yeah the one rigged with coathangers.

Bottomline, spending more money on equipment can, but does not always beat lower quality equipment, a lot of the time you're paying for the bragging rights to own a company's name.... in other words, you're paying to advertise

Another thing, it's just lame to rag on someone's equipment, if you don't like what you see, let 'em be. Why would you try to take their enjoyment away by making a simple post, show some respect... besides, it's not like you have the most expensive/best sounding equipment out there, there's always a bigger fish. so although you make fun of someone elses lower end sound system, your system is really shit in itself compared to other people's.

that might be true for spl bass head systems, but for true sq/ sql you gotta spend some doe to get your front stage to rule.

I think this needs to be reiterated. And yeah, I did get that amp to get as much bass as possible, my goal was entirely different than yours.
