Upgrading System...........

Currently I have 2 Powerbass 12" (not sure what model) that are rated at 350 rms ea. I have them powered by a Planet Audio vx2004(i think) that gives them each 200w rms. This system is going on 5 yrs old. Everything still works fine, but I recently upgraded all my front and rear speakers and figured it was time to get new subs too.

I really like the Powerbass subs that I have now and was thinking about staying with them. I found a deal for Powerbass XL-12d for 64.00 ea or L-12d for about 70.00 ea. Does anyone know the difference between these 2 subs besides the wattage(350rms for XL-12d and 400rms for L-12d). I was also thinking about getting a MA Audio 700xe to power them, I found that for 90.00 on ebay. Would this be a good setup? If not any suggestions in a similar price range would be appreciated.
