I don't have much experience with that wire, however it looks very nice and at a very reasonable price if you bought it I'm sure it will do all you want it to. Then you can reuse your old RCA patch cords, or buy new ones for approx $20 for a decent set (in the US anyway).
the 2 sets of RCAs would be for a 4 channel amp or for multiple amps.
I don't know if that is a good buy or not, just judging from experience it looks like you can do better, You really want pictures of the actual copper wiring when you look for wire, simply choosing the one that looks beefier is a good place to start though it isn't always an indicator of quality.
