upgrading electrical

so I'm ready to start upgrading my electrical and I'm looking for advice

vehicle is a 00 civic sedan

system is as follows

KDC-x696 HU

Hertz 6.5 front door speakers

stock rear deck speakers

VVME (audiopipe) apsm-1500.1 sub amp

2 12" kicker L7 solobarics

electrical: stock alt

4 gauge scoshe amp kit (120 amp fuse)

POS 1 farad cap

I would like to break up the electrical into different steps and I would like to know what I should do first.

1. ditch cap

2. big 3

3. 0 ga wire

4. upgrade to AGM battery (when it's time, which one?)

tell me what you guys suggest.
