upgrading comps...hertz,pg rsd??

Looking for a nice set of comps under $400. I've been doing research and have yet to find any specs on the hertz hsk165 or the pg rsd. Any info on dealers or pricing would be appreciated. Also if there are any other brands or models worth looking into, let me know.

if you're on a budget the rsd's are great. if you wanna spend the whole $400 you should be able to find something a little better right out of the box.

no experience with the 2 you mentioned so can't comment on them.

I just picked up the RE XXX components for 399. I have not installed them yet, but they look badass. They take 150rms.

He offered me a set for $329 shipped and has a pretty impressive list of ref's.
