Upgrading Components, What Should I Go With

I have a set of MTX TX6001 Components powered by an Infinity 7541 amp and I'm not really impressed by the sound. I'm not sure how these MTX comps compare to others, but I'm sure there is much better out there. I'm looking for a set of comps that sound amazing but are not too expensive. What do everyone here recommend?

I haven't tried them out but alot of guys here like the Phoenix Gold RSD series as far as being cheap and getting the job done.

BTW, wanna sell your MTX components?
