Upgrade?

Okay, I know little about audio and less about cars and even less about electricity... stuff... so here's my dumb question:

I want to know if I need to plan on upgrading my battery/alternator for the system I'm building. I know there is a formula or something for this, but I'm hoping someone just knows off hand what I might need so I can plan my budget better.

Here is what I plan to have running in my truck soon:

'99 Tahoe 4dr 2whldrv

Stock alt, one battery, stock wires

Premier DEH-P980BT HU

PRS-D4200F (1200W-max, 75x4@4ohms)

Kicker K650.2 Componants, 6.5's in rear doors as well.

Kicker zx1500.1 (1500w)

2 12" CVX's (750WRMSx2(1500wrms), 1500WMAXx2(3000WMAX))

I figure to run a 1/0ga wire from the battery to a distrobution block, then send I guess a 4ga wire to each amp. Unless the zx1500.1 needs a 2ga... I was considering getting extra 1/0ga to replace the wires from the alternator and ground wires... something something... I read it here in a sticky. I need to read it again.

But does this setup need an ho alt or special battery? Capacitor? There is a spot under the hood for a second battery if I need it. But then I guess I'd need an alternator.

I have no idea what to even start looking for here or how much money this is going to add to my plans.

Upgrade your stock battery, and do the big3, if you're still dimming/voltage drops look into an alternator or add another bat in the back

Okay, I know this sounds dumb, but I don't know what to look for in an upgraded battery. I had to buy a new battery for this truck when I got it, but I just got the one they recommended at Wal-Mart. I think it's everstart... or duralast... I never looked at it again.

Look for a deep cycle battery, like an Optima Yellowtop (thats what I have)

Wow... looking at more than $200... crap. That's going to push me back a minute. I guess the smart thing would be to upgrade all that before putting in the new subs.
