upgrade to the alpine 9886, suggestions?

I have an alpine 9886 in my truck and I like it, but due to the gas mileage in it, I upgraded to a car and now looking for a new aftermarket radio to put in the car, Im keeping the head unit in the truck and will use the truck in the winter (michigan weather) but because it is a few years old, I would like to put something new into the car now, but dont know what is good out there now, I dont like the a/v head units (the one that looks like a mini computer) so I would like something that still kinda looks like the 9886, but better, any suggestions?

I have a sundown amp and an fi sub in the back, if that helps also, honestly I would like to find a head unit that makes the most clean sounding music and the hardest hitting music also

what about pioneers or anything like that are they stil good, or stay away from them?

Why don't you just upgrade to 149bt?I have a 149bt,and it sounds alot better than my old cda117,and also more features.The tune-it is pretty cool too,or you can go with the Pioneer 80prs which is a good SQ deck too.
