ok if i have 4 pioneer 3 way speakers on the dooors of my expedition and will it work if i just buy the tweters or should i buy new component speakers

you dont really need external tweets with those speakers.. they already have it handled. what are you wanting with your stereo? alot of sq? how much are you willing to spend? etc. tell us what your plans are

you might be just as well off to get a four way amp and call it a day

my plans are to get a orion 1200d 2 type r's and not really sure what will be better if i get the orion 4004 or the the orion 8004 but i was thinking of getting component speakers for the doors but since i have the four pioneer already, i was thinking that i olny had to buy the twets

dont get 3 ways get 2 they sound more real. and if you want evtra twweeters than thats fine, and if you got the 3 ways that would be a waste of money, just what i have heard in peoples cars
