upgrade enclosure,..need advice+help!!!

DOes anyone know anything about kicker enclosures? I have a kicker 12"L7 in a sealed box and I want to upgrade to either the 2005 model 05VS12L5 enclosure OR the 2006 model VS12L52 enclosure. I beleive both will fit in the trunk of my mustang 2004 coupe. Both are ported and built to manuf specs so I guess it's mainly a decision based on looks. Please give me your input guys. Bytheway, I'm buying a sub/enclosure set with a broken sub from an ebay store called "Trading Circuit" which sells used and faulty stuff originally sold at Circuit City. The Sub/enclosure will only cost around $25-30 shipped! Seems like a great deal if you don't have time to work on building one and don't want to pay full price of $50 and more on one.
