I wanted something a little louder so I just recently switched out my subs/box setup, my old setup was Viper D1200.1 and a single 12" Idmax in a TCAB box, the old setup was VERY impressive and still very good SQ but I wanted louder so now I had Mark build me a new box with 2 12" Type Rs on the Viper D1200.1, after a few days of listening and driving around I am thinking it still could be a tad louder, my only problem is I dont think the amp is pushing out the most power it can since it cannot get a large amount of current from my electrical system...My lights dim HORRIBLY at night and I have upgraded the big 3, ran 00 power wire to the back and still having very bad dimming, I am wondering if I can upgrade the battery under the hood and see if that helps or I was thinking about getting a new amp, I wanted to get a Sundown 1500D since it will put out more power and also is a little more efficient so it wont kill the electrical system like the Viper is doing I am just wondering if 750WRMS to each sub is safe DAILY DRIVER so I will be playing for extended periods of time....What do you guys think?
