Ok. I have four 5"x7" Polk Audio DB570's rated at 60 watts rms. I have them hooked up to an Alpine MRV-340 2/3/4 channel amp rated at 55 watts rms. My HPF is set at 400 hz right now. I know speakers are ment for highs/mids but i notice sometimes on some songs ill get a certain part of the song really quite usually when its a like a low mid range sound. should i re adjust my HPF? also if i turned it to about 300 would i have to retune everything else? I also dont want my HPF below 250. I figure that way i cant really get any shitty bass interfereing with my sound.
