Updating Firmware on Pioneer 80prs

So, apparently the only way to update firmware on this deck is to have a Windows 7 bluetooth enabled laptop. I do not own one, or know anyone that does. Everyone has 10. Apparently you can still do it with 10 but they do not have the instructions to do so (straight from Pioneer)

Can anyone help a guy out?
