my friend has one and the ESN security got tripped somehow. the display reads the error code 78602473. she said shes tried the unlock CD and its not working, though i havent tried it myself. is there anyway to reset the unit?

find a close eclipse dealer they should also know a way of doing it.

You will have to use a dealer or service center. Manual only allows unlock with Security CD.

nope not unless you can get it to unlock with the original one.
