Unconstitutional

No, it is a fact. It is a pure, hard, simple fact. Like taking medicine when you're sick. You don't like to do it, but you do it because you know it's good for you.
Everyone who has health insurance pays for the people who don't because when an uninsured person goes to the emergency room, they are guaranteed care. But that care costs money, and often an enormous amount of money (and if you don't have health insurance, I'm sure you don't have that money laying around) and it gets unpaid. But the hospitals need to recoup that money somehow, so they charge everyone else even more, and thus, insurance premiums go up. If everyone is required to have health care, this doesn't happen.

This isn't an opinion, this is fact.
Cough medicine isnt good for you. By taking cough medicine your body thinks it doesnt have to fight the sickness itself. If you take it to often you will progressively get more and more sick without the ability to fight off the simplest of colds.

If you think that having the govt step in to provide insurance is going to solve the problem, you're sadly mistaken. The main issue is having surgeries and hospital stays that can exceed $1 Million very quickly. Anyone who knows someone who's had major trauma or a long hospital stay knows how high the bills are.

The insurance companies have to stay in business too. If they're writing out checks right and left and the only ones paying the bills are healthy people.....where's the money coming from??

If the government doesn't regulate the COSTS of health care at the billing level, then we will continue to pay high health care costs REGARDLESS of if a public corporation is providing care or a government run provider. If you don't cut the costs, without cutting employees salaries, then everyone will continue to pay high prices. Its not the little people (workers) that's bankrupting the industry. Its the people at the top dictating what prices we pay for health care. Who pays for the multi-million dollar machines for these surgeries? We do.

..the healthy people. That is how it always works. How many people do you think are racking up $1 million bills in this country? Just like the people who get their car fixed with car insurance get that money from the people who haven't gotten in an accident.

And who is talking about the government providing healthcare insurance?

they sure have no problem requiring me to have car insurance.
Individual state issue bro, not federal. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

In my state, auto insurance is not required. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

It's unconstitutional, plain and simple. It will end up going to the Supreme Court where it will go down in flames...hopefully the Repubs will grow some testicles and repeal this piece of shit before it gets there...but if it does get there, it will go down in flames.

It's the gov't that fucked up "healthcare" in the first place. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif If they had stayed out of it, it would be the same insurance like auto, home, etc...you buy it for catastrophic coverage only...you don't buy home insurance and expect to be covered AFTER the house burns down, do you? What a bunch of fucking morons. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/boink.gif.91933e72f927f2cefc79aff02573090c.gif

Raising taxes is good. Raise consumer tax, lower income tax = happy people= more spending= more money for the gov't.

A surgery costs more for someone without healthcare than for someone with. I'm talking total cost, what you and your provider pay out in the end. They charge them less because they are basically buying in bulk. That sort of kills the argument saying people with healthcare pay for those without...

i think there should be some sort of govnerment healthcare although i dont beleive this particular one is right..like it or not the healtcare industry is billions and billions of dollar industry and do you honestly think that if the govnerment says that healthcare providers MUST cover everyone that its just going to be affordable...you think they will actually lower their prices..NOT sadly enough i would bet the price for healthcare will go up significantly...and on the whole raise taxes...the people in america cant survive now as it is let alone raise taxes even more...we need to cut back wastefully, inefficient spending, and free handouts...tax returns for instant im not sure on exact numbers so bare in mind but say everyone making under $30,000 pays NO taxes...they just dont, yet with earned income credits and child credits they usually get back $1000's of dollars...well that $1000's is a waste in itself but if you go deeper ..for the government to give one person say $2000 by the time it goes through all the different agencies and what not it costs the govnerment over $20,000 for that "free" $2000 ....its this and many other wasteful programs that havnt helped our country but simply taken over the downfall....
