uhh wtf is happening?

Ok, so I got back to school this week, and after the long ride back, my subs have been acting funny as hell. I start up my car, and my subs make a weird noise (bass, quick moving, low tone). In between songs, same thing, when I shut off my car, same thing. They are constantly making noise when the amp is turned on and it all started after the car ride. Any ideas of what to check out first? Subs also sound a little off on their beats and less accurate.

ground problem? the ground wire could be jiggiling

That's generally my first guess for problems such as this.

I had this problem and it was with the RCA's..... on mine the RCA inlets on the amp were loose inside the case. I took it appart and JB welded them and the problem went away. Try going back there and wiggling it around while that noise is going on.

when you put down your window or push your lock button does it do it because if so then one of your wires you put through the firewall is getting interference and needs to be moved away from other wires or it could be the rca getting interference behind the dash

do you have a pioneer? may have to do the ground rca thing on the deck?

Check speaker wire connections, all ground cable connections, and your RCA connections. The problem is likely in one of those three places.

im having the same problem. when i have my volume at one, the subs do a loud, crazy, rapid, buzzing, bass sound. i cant figure out what is going on.
