Ugh this is obnixious

This statement is how I know you aren't very smart. You obviously don't read the paper or watch the news. Every day you hear about a corp outsourcing a plant overseas. Or a plant is just closing their doors becasue they just cant stay in business. Those aren't signs of a thriving economy my friend. Those are signs of bad times and more to come. Our rate of unemployment increases every year. What rock did you say you live under again.???
If jobs were here then consumers would have more money to pay a little bit higher price for goods to compensate for the higher wages paid to American workers. The main reason for outsourcing ( regardless of what corporations want to tell you) is to keep the profit margin in the company at the top and NOT pay a liveable wage to workers. Are you an American worker?? Seriously man.........you're wayyyyy off on this one.
Toyota is not the cause of america's problems my friend. It all the lazy crackheads that choose not to get a job and mooch off all the rest. Maybe the fact we don't do shit to punish criminals. Maybe the fact that we give half our money to help these other countries and get nothing in return. Our economy is not going to shit because people buy toyotas and hondas, smart guy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif. There are plenty of jobs here, I don't know of anyone that can't find a job, except those who dont try or expect wayyyy too much. These companies have plants here and employ americans btw.

You're not brightest the star in the sky either //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I'm not going to get through to you nor are you going to get through to me. Can we please just agree to disagree and move on???

I have BTW, but there isn't too much to move on too! To the origonal topic, I think you get more amp for the buck today than 5-10 years ago, but a ton of manufacturers have sacrificed quality at the alter of profitability (pheonix gold is my favorite example) and it bugs me- but such is buisness- if you can keep failure rates under control and build for less/with cheaper parts why not do that, you then have the choice of lowering your retail price or making more profit. I think it's obvious which choice most manufacturers have made- profit.
