Brock has an easy path to victory: his wrestling. Overeem cannot get up like Cain did after brock took him down.
That being said the fight starts on the feet so Overeem will prolly knock brock out before he gets the fight to the ground. I would rather Reem win so him and Dos Santos can fight for the title. Either way i'll be watching

If you think Cain is quicker to his feet than reem your in for a surprise. Apparently you are only a YouTube highlight viewer. Reem is like cain in terms of speed and recovery, but not in endurance. If reem can't finish In 2 rounds I predict Brock for a split decision. Brock is big , strong and. Fast, but that will not win you a fight against an mma fighter of his caliber

Nice, I visit that area quite often for some great canoeing and camping yearly.
I bounce around Grand Forks and Fargo, ND as well as Crookston and Morris, MN for business a lot. Then in Galveston, Houston, and Dallas once a year too.

Even though we are in MN, we don't have to care for Brock, I know I don't, hell, I wanted Carwin WWAAYY over him because Carwin is a full-time ME for the Army core of engineers! Works full time, and only trains when he can. He also got paid 1/25th of what Brock was paid for that fight. And it's always been that way. Brock is a ***. I'm sorry. IDK what it is about him I can't stand. I got to meet him at a Rotary club deal in Alexandria, MN where he's from, he seemed nice, but we only exchanged a few words though I would have loved to have a conversation with him but really I was in awe more than anything; and of course would not have trash talked his insanely intimidating *** to him... But I digress. Carwin, he's an amazing person I feel. He doesn't get to just sit on millions of dollars and train everyday either. Woops, I went off topic with a ramble again.

What are your takes on Jon Jones? Does anyone know of any good fights with him coming up? That's one impressive youngster.

Do you plan on a rebuild? Perhaps over Winter?

I'll be hosting a week long uber awesome build-off over here at my place sometime over Winter. We did one in early August, and we are going to again rather soon. We've got myself, a couple local good friends, one that does 157+ and a few 155+ guys coming from MSP, and a friend or two from Bismarck coming who compete heavily in USACi that go to finals every year with some 160+ builds. I'm not planning on doing a big SPL build this next build off, I'm downsizing to more of an SQ based deal in one vehicle, and a rebuild in my Mercedes, a 150+trunk car. Really hoping to gain a good bit on the meter after this rebuild, utilizing a few tricks and tips I received and found myself . Some of the other guys will definitely be going all out though lol, giant builds are happening too.

But anyhow, whether it's a small or large build, or just lending a hand, we'd love to have you over to take part in it. It's always a grand ol' time.

IMO Cain is the best HW out right now , and is probably a better fighter than Anderson Silva, ( who got an amazing sub over Sonnen, who was kicking the **** out of him )

Jr is a striker who caught, before being caught... Cain is the most well rounded fighter in MMA IMO... ( in the mix with GSP and Silva ) He got tagged , and that was it... there have been MANY fights were the true better fighter has lost , and this was one of them times..

TO be honest with you , I dont even like Cain, and I think Junior is a good guy and a great fighter ( met him in Vegas, one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet ) .. BUT He is not better at MMA and is not near as rounded as Valesquez.... bottom line.... If you think different your an idiot.. the fight lasted one minute , while Cain failed to even shoot on him

I do agree Cain is a better all around fighter, I just figured the current title holder deserved some mention. I know anyone can get knocked out even though they would win 95% of the time (matt serra vs GSP), but I do think JDS would win about 40% against Cain

Agreed , like BJ/Huges/Edgar... Anyone can win at anytime nomatter who is the dominant fighter.. JDS is actually one of my favorite fighters of all time, and is a great role model for the sport... But I really think Overeem is gonna run through the division......

I've seen a lot of reem's fights. He has no endurance and is a terrible grappler (compared to other high level mma practitioners). No way he gets up if brock takes him down. If he has a 265lber sitting on him for a few rounds he'll mentally check out and lose. But as I said before he should be able to dispatch of brock before it gets to the ground.
