as far as the amps go man it depends what you can afford what speakers you are putting with them as you can have a 3000doller ampo and 30doller speakers and you wont get a rat to look like a miniture poodle
spend a little more on the speakers and then try to find out opinons of the best match for those speakers rather than buying by what a brand is known for or used to be known for
buy the amps that make the most sense and also make your speakers sound the best for instance if you have alpine type e speakers you dont put a zapco amp with them but if you have say vifa or scanspeak or seas lotus speakers then a zapco or a genisis or even one of the hundreds of other euros is the way to go but if the money is the issue maybe find a japenesse brand with 2 front channels and a Low pass only set of rear channels
run your splits and your sub from the same amp like a 3 channel amp or or a four channel with the two rears bridged into the subs or a 6 channel for the added varity of a whole extra set of speakers
sinfoni do nice genisis as do celestra and also ground zero, sundown, audio design and beleive it or not there are a few konaki amps that aint to bad alpine is always a safe bet but its boring the prs pioneer stuff is good but i think more spl and also the audio system twister series 3 stuff is good and italian and good price very under rated amps the twisters i think there is some in the calassifids too but dont quote me
