Type-S or Rockford HE

I made a mistake in my last thread...I asked about the Alpine type-r vs. the rockford he. I meant the Alpine Type-S. So, with that cleared up, which is the better sub? I would run a 10" through a 2 channel 400w sub. thanx for the help. I would use them in a sealed box

THey're both decent subs, I have an HE2 Rockford 12" and I love it, the HEs are very similar, personally I would go with the Rockford Fosgate HE
