tens do lok small, but with the right enclosure they can still hold their own very well.....I woudnt say too picky, because your shelling out the cash for it....its best to pick up something YOU like..go to the store, and test some subs out, then pick that sub up online.

If I were you, I would either get a single 15" CVR or two 12" CVR's. CompVR's are good subs for the money. For a first system, you should be happy.

I think ill just go with two 12s. Besides, someone told me once that dual 12s are better then a sinle 15. Now im not so sure abou tthat, but yeha, def thanks for the advice. Im going to check that out!

any sub can bottom out... Kicker makes the CVR's. The one's you looked at in your link.

Dual 12's, in the right setup, should be louder than their 15" counterpart.

Lol, well they are big enough to me. Because, my friend has two 12s visoniks in a prefab box, though he says they are 14'' so im not sure. anyways, they are pretty big. big enough i guess. 10s just seem dinky, lol

I think im going to go with that. Just because I listened to another friends subs today. Only 10'' pioneers, that ran him about 100 each. But it sounded great. Well at least, it was perfect for what I needed. I want it louder, but it did sound good. Thats why I want something thats around 500 watts a sub with two subs. So ill have 1000watts total running.
