I guess I jumped back into the car stereo scene with both feet running. I'm supposed to be the manager of the store , but with one installer gone I've been coming home with fiberglass , bondo , sawdust , adhesives of all kinds , and just about everything else all over me ... LOL. Outside of doing my own cars and some friends , it's been about 4 years since I was working 12+ hour days on installs. You never really lose it , but it took me longer than it used to. Guess that's what's called being " rusty "

Hopefully the customers will be happy when they pick up their cars tomorrow .....

What started as this ...

The fellow that owns this Beemer spent more in labor than he did in parts , by a loooong shot

nice stuffWTF sub is that in the truck?
12" Critical Mass.... Voice coil/motor assembly in front. Allows for a VERY shallow mounting depth. With the back seats folded up , there is only 1/4" of space between the seat back and the VC .....

Dude That **** Is Sweet In The White Car!!!
That car is insanely nice ! He paid for the VERY best hand stitched suede. Also his pillars and TONS of other interior parts are wrapped in that same suede.

Very nice install indeed! Suede is hawtness. The first sub use a neodymium mag?

I guess installing is like riding a bike, because that **** looks hawt. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

that is siccckkkk!!!how'd you mount the t.v. on the amp???that looks awesome......
Top cover of the amp is raised 3/4" above the amp board with a 3/4" spacer all the way around. This allows the screen to be recessed flush.

What would be your cost savings per unit having your coils wound in aluminum instead of copper? Can you quantify the efficiency (or dB) gains...
