ya thats wut tha fuse rating is . wut do you suggest ? i didnt realize but the website is suggesting 2 ohm strapd , so i unno

My single D9 doesn't like much under .5ohms (shuts off, although it does depend on application) so I don't know how well a pair would work strapped at .5

I imagine the draw would be around 1200+amps with a pair strapped that low.

is that .5 before, or after imp rise?

i run mine at .35 daily before rise and never shuts off or gets warm.

it would be .5 each so a total of 1 ohm before rise , and ya ive run one @ .4ohm daily no probs gets it on !

I meant below.5 starting load. I tried it on a quad 1ohm 15 at .25 and it worked great, but I tried it on 4 d2's at .25 and it would protect easy, also protects easy on 5 d4's at .4

Its fine up until 2 or 3 clicks from full volume, so works great for daily, but not at all for competition. I did try volume roll (fast and slow) also and it still does it.

I could probably run mine at .18 ohm becuase I have terrible box rise in my current enclosure. I think it all depends on how your subs react when fed power

try keeping your input signal to 3v total. if you use two RCAs 1.5ish each.

Stock alt, 2 good batteries (group 34 under hood,1 group 65 about 6 inches from amp), big 3 (1/0ga everywhere). It's not a ton of electrical, but the voltage wasn't that bad. I'll be replacing my alt with a Mechman Rhino 250amp and I'll try again after I do that, see if it makes the difference.

My box rise isn't that much, so that could be a difference also. In the one application where it did work, I didn't have a chance to clamp actual power, but it definitely was a beast!

Well I definitely have more input voltage than that...are you suggesting to lower the input voltage and raise the gain on the amp? I assume thats what you mean, because otherwise I can't get full output.

I dont think you have enough battery , especialy on stock alt
