you do realize that glass is tempered and doesnt crack they shatter?

thats what i was thinkin, i mean even with tint it shatters, the tint just holds it

yes i do! that is what the auto glass guy told me. its really starting to piss me off quite a bit! i mean i dont even have the loudest **** sustem in the world. its a budget system! WTF!

yeah i dont see this posible at all. unless its a older ranger where you have to cut a piece of lami to fit the b/g but im pretty sure all ranger glass is tempered. older cars lie circa 50-early 70s you have to actually cut a piece of glass to make the winshield or quarter glass.

i cant im on my PSP at my grandparents house... but its an 02 ford ranger edge extended cab. would putting in a sliding glass window be beneficial?

exactly there is no possible way to crack it. also the part # is showing a tempered glass

the only rangers that would have glass that will crack would be the 1970's full size.

although after replacing it you would have new "safety glass"

yours is obviously for newer.

maybe the glass place is ripping you off selling you junk that they are cutting from now tempered
