Funny Craigslist buy

So i'm searching craigslist looking for another amp because i just bought another sub. I found a good deal on a pdx-1.1000. kid wanted $250 and I talked him down to $225. i remember reading in the description that he said he blew his sub from bumping it "too loud". so when i got home I took a look at what he had the settings on the amp set to. i took a picture.

not only did he max it but he set it to the lower of the volts.. saying his amp was only getting .1 volts lol!! but i would check the amp if he is dumb enough to blow the sub that way i would be afraid to see how he treats his stuff

eh still haven't tested out the amp yet but will do tomorrow. if it doesn't work, i know where he lives.

I have never seen a VOLT Switch.........however the gains looks maxed out

which is prolly why he killed his sub?
