it will be exactly 50 bucks the only thing is that i droped it and it slit a perfect little cut in the surround of the cone u know the **** gray peace that is right next to the screw holes. i drop the **** thing in my room and it caught my metal bed frame and cut like a 1/2 long slice in it not noticable at all i will send u thime tommorow b/c it aint in here right now

AW SH*T, nevermind. i just checked JL's site. I coulda swore the 12w7 and 13w7 had the same power handling. id feel really unsafe running my kx1200.1 (truely supplying 1400+wrms) to that sub for daily listening.

i had 2 amps one for both and they are the 2000 watt mojo amps and they hit hard as crap

yeah, but the "danger zone" for the 12w7 is 1500wrms. and my kx1200.1 puts out over 1400wrms. i dont take risks like that.

lol i am about the biggest risk take but with my MT setup in my explorer they only hit 143.8 and that is two MT 15's with both haveing one amp a peace and i dont know why it aint hitting harder

well whatever you do, make sure you got a HO alt

well if your going comp, make sure you get 1 with a high rating at idle. my HO alt isnt anything special at idle, only at about 2-3k rpm. and you may wanna pick up an optima YT too
