Two 4 ohm subs to 2 ohm load

How does a Power Acoustik 2 channel 900 watt amp produce 150 watts at 4 ohms on 2 channels, but yet a Crunch 2 channel 700 watt amp produce 350 watts at 4 ohms on 2 channels? And which one would be the best to power my two 350 watt (1200 watt peak power) 4 ohm subs?

Look at the RMS power figures. PA and Crunch are both lower level stuff. Some Crunch amps are ok, but the rest of their stuff is pretty cheap. Get the DTR I mentioned earlier, you don't need a 2 channel amp.
