Where did I say I wasn't gonna give them a proper box? I said either way I go the box is gonna be around 8-10 cubes..I didn't know you were building such a tiny box. Do 2 15s, not my original recommendation of 4 12s unless you grow some and build them a proper enclosure.
I got mine the same way, except I subtracted two inches for the surround.Area of a circle: Radius*Radius*Pie aka 'Pie' 'R' squaredDo that * the number of woofers. If they are square like mine, just do cone size times itself, much easier. Seriously guys.
4 12s= 6*6*pie=113.097...*4= 452.389...
2 15s= 7.5*7.5*pie=176.714...*2= 353.429...
10 cubes on 4 12s isn't proper. I have 12 cubes on 2Where did I say I wasn't gonna give them a proper box? I said either way I go the box is gonna be around 8-10 cubes..

Sure, why not.So should I wall my SUV off for all four 12's, since they need 6 cubes each?
The OA12's don't need 6ft^3 each...in a ported alignment, no 12" sub "needs" 6ft^3 to function properly. So should I wall my SUV off for all four 12's, since they need 6 cubes each?
Take the sd that's given in cm^2 and divide that by 6.45 to get the number in in^2, since there's 6.45cm in a square inch.I know how to calculate cone area, just everyone had different numbers.
