Two 12" Dayton Subs

Hey guys, what would you recommend I use to power two Dayton 12" subs? In their own sealed box, right now I have one with an AP1000, but I'd rather have two, and the AP1000 does 160w X 2 unbridged. Need something more powerful.

I can either go with two mono amps, or a like two channel 600w RMS @ 4-ohms.
