i have a 2000 frontier with a stock tweeter from the factor and i was wondering if i could remove the factory one and upgrade to a high output tweeter without having to run new wires and all that. i have pioneer that does 50x4

get a componet set, and swap the factory mid/tweet.

well i got ccity to put some infiity door speakers in already, but they dont sound right, i have a deh 6700 and if u turn all the power to the front u can barley here the highs of the speaker. it almost sounds like it is getting 5watts of power

i just wonder if the guy how put my subs in when i had my factory headunit ran all the bass into the high-input on the amp

the speakers are rated at 60rms

well if i had to guess there is a factory crossover somewhere and it cuts the highs and sends them to the stock tweeter.

so the tweeter on the speakers you put in arent getting much if any signal.

are the factory tweeters still working?

iam srry i meant the only thing u can hear are the highs no mid range
