It's pouring here and I had to open the door to get out of my car, I'm worried that rain got all inside my tweeters I mounted in the door. It has a grille, but the rain drops are big and fat. I opened and closed the door as quick as possible.

It should be ok right? I'm not goin out to check if they are soaked because if they aren't already tehy WILL get soaked opening the door agian.

Thats something Ive never thought about. Mounting tweets in the doors and one day it rains and ruins them. Almost doesnt make any sense to mount them there....
most people around here have 'em in the doors...

Beemers i know have the stock tweeter in the same spot I have mine in the Max.

i wouldnt worry about it. i have the silk tweets and i let both doors open on saturday in the rain and i watched the water costantly rain on them and they were fine. i actually played them for a half an hour while they where wet. as long as the rain cant get to the wires, you should be fine. if they were mounted on a level plain, then i would be worried about water getting to the wires.
