Tweeters for Doors

I have been looking into door speakers as I am glassing them with 2 6.5's and 1 tweeter per door on a 900.4 and a small amp for the tweeters that is yet to be determined. Now, I am not sure whether I am going to use a super tweeter or a soft dome tweeter. Does anyone have a preference towards each? I MIGHT be getting a MiniDsp 2x4 for the setup, but not 100% sure on that one. Any ideas? I would like to stay Orion to get my Orion XTR XTX68s per door. I'll have two bridged per ch1 and ch2 and then ch3 and ch4 to have about 225 watts to each speaker. Any help is appreciated!
