Tweeters are smoking...yes like a fire smoke!

Does the speaker play music while smoking? My guess would be the amp ch messed up.
NO it has a high pitched noise coming out of the speaker which my guess is why it started to smoke? The other speaker works fine....I was using channel 1 & 2....I have a factory speaker from my old ford truck I am going to try and test maybe that will tell me if the amp or the speaker is messed up?

And also to the others....I am 1000% positive it was on the correct -/+ channel....this is not my first time doing this!

Your probably getting straight DC through that CH. Try checking with a DMM. I have an old 4ch that makes that exact sound //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Yeah, sounds like magic smoke came out of your tweeter. Once magic smoke comes out their a no a good any more. Either a channel on your amp is no good or maybe the coaxil was crud to begin with. I don't know enough about coaxils to tell you any thing there.
