Tweeter ?

I have a ? about how to properly install a tweeter

i put my jl 6.5 inch in the doors and the tweeters right above them like they are in the stock setup

now i've heard a few people say that tweeters are best suited on the front corner pillar is this true or no

and also i have second set of tweeters not as good there infinity reference ok

should i install both one below one above let me know how it will sound the best and if i put um on the pillars what hight should they be at (pick up truck) Good up top ok below or (vice versa)

sound dampening how much do you need and whats the best brand to go with as far as cost and quality the only one i even know of is dynamat but its expensive

my sub which is under a rear bench seat do i need to put it on tthe bottom of the bench seat / floor / back wall of cab were box is specifically deisgned for sub and is surprounded by caret on all sides

any suggestions would be great

The great thing about tweeters is, they're so small and light, just put some double-sided tape on the back of them, and try them out in different locations, and different angles, to see what sounds best.

actually... i think its better for the tweeters to be close to the mid... but id just stick them wherever sounds best to you...

as for the sub id do the same
