Tweeter wiring

I recently purchased this set of used Orion components.

The wires on the tweeters were cut at about 10" long. One wire has a blue line on it and the other has no marks as it comes out of the back of the tweeter. My question is which is the + and which is - or does it matter which side I wire as the +/-? Thanks for the help.
