Tweeter Mounting

I have decided where on my door panels to mount my tweeters but I was wondering what I should use to cut holes in my door panels?

I was thinking Hole Saw Extensions for my drill, is that a good idea? What do you guys use to mount your tweeters in a custom spot when there's no factory mounts?

Use a big drill bit? Idk...

Maybe, cut the fabric layer w/ a razor (so the bit doesn't rip it up) then drill through? Would be really easy if it is just hard vinyl.

when i mounted my tweeters in my kick panels for my RSD set i used a 2inch holesaw. worked perfectly.

Like, is it just mounted on the panel? Nothing else?..

yea it's mounted on the panel. i'm not quite gettin what your asking. i just drilled a hole and mounted it. i used the flush mount option the rsd tweeters come with.
