I'm not sure if it's actually making a crackling sound, or it's just playing such detail in the music that it's playing pre-recorded imperfections, but I think my driver's side tweeter might have a very slight crackle sound going on when I'm playing music.
I've put in accoustic-based tracks, though, and the crackling sound doesn't seem to be evident at all, but then I put in other rock tracks, and I swear I can hear just a little bit of that noise.
Is there something that might be causing the tweeter to crackle even the slightest bit like it is, or might this be something else? It doesn't sound blown by any means, it just seems to have a slight crackling sound.
Any ideas? Or am I just hearing things?
