I have a 2002 jeep grand cherokee. It has 2 tweeters in the dash and I purchased kicker ks13 tweeters to take the place. They have crossovers any suggestions on where to put the crossovers at?

Your Jeep has an infinity stock amp located underneath the back seat. There's no need to put the passive crossovers since the signal is already crossed at the amp. Otherwise if you choose to utilize the passives, you can put it anywhere between the tweeters and the amp. IMHO, it will sound like a$$ either way, the whole system should be replaced.

Its not a good Idea to mix and match, OEM equipment and Aftermarket stuff when it comes to speakers. If you do use the new tweets you definatly want to use the crossovers that came with them, if not you might run into problems with the stock ones not correctly filtering the signal. and if you are asking where to physically mount the crossovers, anywhere will do...In side the door, under a seat, in the trunk (if you like running lots of wire), or behind the dash if you have adequate room.

I think the factory cross-overs are set pretty low. I know most people blow the OEM 2.5" tweeter in a year or two after buying the vehicle. I'd put the passive cross-over in there.
