tweeter help

here is my problem my wife just got a clean 97 tahoe but i drive it most of the time but her dont want me to put any sound in if (for now) everything stock but i want to spice it up a little ....oh so no cutting of pannel so i wat thinking of just adding a pair tweeters somewhere just to spice it up until i make she change her mine..

anyway in need a pair of nice tweeter i would say under $75 plz help me
