Tweeter can be install in this way..........?

Hi i just bought a new car, I install the tweeter by myself. i didnt connect my tweeter straigh to my radio player.... i connect them with my mid spk....... that mean i stole some of my mid spk power to drive the tweeter....... i wan to know ..... can i install in this way........ because if i connect straigh to the player ...... it need a lot of work......... if i connect with my mid spk ....... izzit will produce the same quality of high frequency compare to if i connect it to the player........... plzzz give me some opinion........ thank q

i wouldn't connect the tweeter to your mid. Very bad idea.

if the mid is connected to your head unit, you're going to either drop or raise the impedence on the head unit, and most head units are configured solely for 4 ohm loads. doing this won't instantly damage your unit, but will probably damage it over time resulting in blowing your unit's internal amplifier. your best bet is to wire the tweets to a different channel.

dont you hook up the HU to the crossover and then to each of the speakers?
