turning a prefab sealed into a ported?

No, you're looking to attain a certain number of square inches of port area as to how big your box is. I usually go for 12-15 inches of square port per cubic foot.

What size are your subs? Typically, you're going to be looking at a 4 inch aero, and then determine if you need more than one if the port is too long for just a single port, and if you will reach however many square inches of port you need.

So you're probably looking at two 4'' aeros then, that would be the most practical.

ok i put in tuning at 32Hz, and 2 4 inch ports. i got 19.12 for the straight length port required and 20.12 for flare length port required.

Is that too long, or will it fit? If not, then you'll have to use more ports, or see if a larger port would work better. I'm heading out, so if you need anymore help, just pm me.
