well the thing is that once you do this and spend 6k on the engine. you're going to have to worry about slowing it down so you'll have to buy new brakes. you'll have to make it go straight and turn now.... new suspension. you'll have to keep up with the maintenance... theres more money... it honestly never ends. theres nothing wrong with wanting to make a sleeper. but honestly there are alot better routes to take. for example.... nobody expects to get taken by a GMC jimmy... but a gmc typhoon will wipe the smile off of their face very quickly.
