tuning recommendations?

This is how my system is currently installed and tuned (by Tweeter).

1000/1 Powering two 10w6v2's

Infrasonic Freq. 25

LP 67Hz with 12dB slope.

Bass boost is at 45Hz

300/2 Powering a pair of PCE 216's

HP 95Hz with 12dB slope

the passive crossovers are at 2500Hz w/12dB slope & -3dB on the tweeter pins

I'm still very new to all of this, and I realize this needs to be done largely by listening, but I was hoping for some guidelines here. It sounds to me like the midbass is lacking. Is this due to the gap between the Subs LP and the componants HP? If so, should they both move closer together or does one sound more off than the other??

Thanks in advance!

I'll certainly continue playing around with it a bit. What is a good gap between the Hz with my low pass to the subs, and my high pass to the comps. given the 12dB slopes?

I assume there should be a bit of a gap there?

Half the fun of owning something is playing with it ...
half the fun? hell, i'd venture for more than that. I've been playing around with my HF radio setup in my van for more than a year now, tweaking the system to get that last dB of radiation out of the antenna...never can leave things well enough alone //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

same thing with amps and such...the install is only the beginning //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
