Tuning Head Unit

Hey guys, i need some help tuning my h/u. When i disconnected my batt it obviously reset my h/u and now the tuning my shop did is gone. What level should i tune these to: 50hz, 125hz, 315hz, 800hz, 2kHz, 5kHz, and 12.5 Hz. I tuned them by ear to: -3, 0, +3, 0, +2, +3, and -1 in the order above. My question is is that good? also i put loud to high, sub hz. to 80Hz? and should i turn on HPF?
