I'll let Jmac help you with the box ... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Just wanted to say I'm in the West Kootenay's, about 3.5 hours from you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Cool, one of the local experts here lives near you (SS3079) ...
Box = 2.19618 ft^3

As for the spare tire well, I need to know the thickness of the fiberglass used ...

Did you use the water method of finding the volume ?
Yeah well guess what, the box is bigger than we thought ... take B and add 5 inches ... I cut it @ 25", and thats what it's supposed to be //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Every little bit of airspace counts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

loudspeakers101.com/ventcal1 has a slot port calculator all u have to do is put in the internal cubes then desired tuning frequency the heighth and width of the port and it will tell you how deep to make the port

Apparently that calculator is way off ...

But I've yet to find two port length calculators come with the exact same number come out of it.
