tuning for a L7 15

i have a 06 L7 15 in a 5cuft. box ported but iam going to a smaller box like 3.2 cuft. @38hz is this to high for this sub or is it right for this sub iam trying to get some SQ GOT ALOT OF SPL in my current box thanks for any help
