I like alot of low bass and most of the songs I listen to are screwed up, and most songs I listen to bass line are at 32hz or 33hz, so someone told me to tune my box from 30-33hz, but the lowest recommended tuning for box specification for the subs is 35hz, so would it be ok still if I tuned tha box to 30-33hz or is that a big no no

Yeah, that's totally fine.

They put that spec. there because they believe most people will listen to music from between 35-40hz, so they out 35hz as the lowest recommended so that the enclosure doesn't cause the sub to lack punch on the high-end frequencies.

What sub are you talking about in particular? It may not play well real low.
