Tuning an Alpine H701

I have a head unit-less set up and am running an Alpine PXA-H701 with the RUX-C701 controller as my active crossover. It has parametric and graphical eq's.

I've tried tuning this thing and can't get it to sound right. Is there anybody down in SoCal that can recommend a place to get my system tuned at? If not, can anyone recommend an online tutorial on how to tune?

I bought that radio shack frequency device, but can't figure out how to use it. I would prefer to go to an expert who has tuned one of these Alpines before.
